(Safety Harbor, FL – May 2, 2005) markITelligence, a marketing firm that specializes in business-to-business sales and marketing solutions for technology companies, undertook five new client programs last month. Those clients, and their contracted services, follow:

markITelligence will provide Aspect Communications with a database targeting call centers in specific geographic areas. The email-based campaign is to support Aspect-sponsored events planned for eight metropolitan areas. Aspect’s contact-center solutions enable the management and optimization of customer communications. Its own global customer base includes more than two-thirds of the Fortune 50, government agencies and leading corporations in a range of industries.

Citrix Systems has contracted for full creative services in support of a direct mail program promoting GoToMeeting, its simple, secure online meeting product. From headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, the company’s enterprise operations have grown to include more than 7000 channel partners and 2700 employees globally.

Covad Communications has contracted with markITelligence for targeted market research. This is the companies’ seventh program affiliation since October. San Jose-based Covad owns the only nationwide broadband DSL network, connecting more than half of all U.S. homes and businesses in 44 states and 235 metropolitan areas.

markITelligence will target Siebel customers for Empirix, which preventively tests and manages business-critical contact center, Web, VoIP and IP storage applications and their supporting infrastructures. Empirix, based in Bedford, MA, has a strategic alliance with Siebel. Empirix operates throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Reactivity will employ a proven database, in conjunction with the markITelligence IntelliMail service, to promote a webinar to financial services and human resources outsourcers. Reactivity appliances support the XML Web services security standards, threat protection and infrastructure integration of many Global 2000 enterprises. This is the second markITelligence engagement for the venture-funded company, which is based in Belmont, CA.
